Melee Weapons
Swordy McSwordFace
Swordy McSwordFace is one of RuneScape 3 best non-degradable weapons for the melee combat style available in the game. This two-handed melee weapon can be bought from the Grand Exchange and requires level 80 Melee to wield. Swordy McSwordFace is dropped by Bossy McBossFace, a miniboss that can be found in the first stage of The Shadow Reef Elite Dungeon.
Swordy McSwordFace is a Slash-styled weapon. This means that you will gain increased damage against foes with a weakness to slashing weapons.
Saradomin Godsword
You require level 75 Attack to wield the Saradomin godsword. This two-handed weapon can be bought from the Grand Exchange and can be made by attaching a Saradomin hilt to a Godsword blade. You can obtain both of these items from the God Wars Dungeon.
Saradomin godsword has a very useful special attack called Healing Blade. This special attack does not have any cooldown and can be used when you have 50% adrenaline. Healing Blade deals 75%-275% ability damage to a single foe while healing you for half the amount of damage dealt. This also regained your prayer points by 2.5% of the damage dealt.
Saradomin godsword can be turned into its passive variant. You can do this by using the Saradomin godsword on the Saradomin altar. The altar is located in Commander Zilyana’s boss room inside the God Wars Dungeon. You need to have level 75 Agility to be able to access this part of the dungeon. The special attack is removed from the passive Saradomin godsword and instead replaced by a passive effect that heals and gives you prayer points periodically during combat. This passive effect has a 25% chance to be activated upon successful hit, healing you for 3% of maximum health and increasing your prayer points for 3% of maximum prayer points. The increased sustainability from using this weapon might make some combat encounters more AFK, thus making it one of RuneScape 3 best non-degradable weapons.
Ranged Weapons
Second-Age Bow
Second-Age bow is a shortbow that requires level 80 Ranged to wield. This shortbow can be bought from the Grand Exchange and is one of the very rare rewards from the master clue scroll completion. The Second-Age bow shares similar stats with the royal crossbow making it the best non-degrading ranged weapon in RuneScape 3.
Armadyl Crossbows
Armadyl crossbow and off-hand armadyl crossbow require level 75 Ranged to wield and can be bought from the Grand Exchange. Both of these weapons are dropped by Commander Zilyana and her minions in the God Wars Dungeon.
You can use Armadyl crossbows as an alternative non-degrading ranged weapon to Second-Age bow for its much cheaper price.
Magic Weapons
Second-Age Staff
Level 80 Magic is required to wield Second-Age staff. This two-handed weapon can be bought from the Grand Exchange and is one of the very rare rewards from the master clue scroll completion. Second-Age staff shares similar stats with chaotic staff making it the best non-degrading magic weapon in RuneScape 3.
Armadyl Battlestaff
Armadyl Battlestaff requires level 77 Magic to wield. This staff can be bought from the Grand Exchange and can be made by attaching an Orb of Armadyl to a regular battlestaff. This process requires level 77 Crafting. Armadyl Battlestaff provides you with unlimited air rune which can be one of the reasons to choose this staff instead of Second-Age staff.
Abyssal Wand and Orb
You can use an Abyssal wand and abyssal orb as a dual-wield alternative to Second-Age staff and Armadyl Battlestaff for a non-degrading magic weapon. You need to have level 75 Magic to be able to use Abyssal wand and orb. Both can be bought from the Grand Exchange and can be obtained from abyssal demons while having them as the slayer task.
Abyssal wand and orb have a 1/8 chance to save runes when auto-attacking. Abyssal wand and orb are a much cheaper alternative to Second-Age staff and Armadyl Battlestaff. It’s better to use this one especially if you plan to upgrade your weapon to a better and degradable one soon anyway.
