Since the New & Improved Divination update that was released back in May 2021, the divination skill has become one of the best skills to train with other players. Training this skill in populated divination spots is now more beneficial rather than detrimental to your progress. For example, the duration of a divination spring is increased by 15 seconds for each player siphoning from the same spring. Therefore, siphoning from the same divination spring as other players is highly recommended. Furthermore, the new divination buff, Memory Overflow can be acquired by offering a sufficient number of Chronicle Fragments to empower the energy rift. Naturally, you can get this buff quicker in populated spots where more players will offer their fragments.
Choosing the right world to play in is very important to help you find populated divination spots. In this article, we’ll help you find the right world to play in, so you can get all the benefits of training divination with other players.
Best RuneScape 3 Divination World: World 79
World 79 is the best divination world for you to do any divination activities. Also named the ‘Community Divination Training’, this world is the go-to world for most players to do divination-related activities. Therefore, you’ll find most of the divination locations in this world to be more populated when compared to other worlds.
When training in the incandescent wisp colony on this world, you’ll find that the Memory Overflow buff and the Enriched incandescent wisp are almost always available. The sheer amount of players training at this location accelerates the process of empowering the rift. Moreover, a substantial number of players also occupy the majority of low-level and mid-level divination training spots.
World 2
World 2 is often time the second-best world to play in for divination activities. Despite that, you’ll find the divination spots in this world to have much fewer players when compared to World 79. Therefore, you should choose World 79 whenever possible unless you find the world to be too crowded to the point of being unplayable.
