- Noose wands from Aleck’s Hunter Emporium.
- Scimitars from Zeke’s Superior Scimitars, northeast of the Al Kharid bank.
- Scimitars from Daga’s Scimitar Smithy, southwest of the Ape Atoll market. You need to start the Monkey Madness quest to access this shop.
- Weapons from Warriors Guild Armoury, second floor of the Warriors Guild. Requires level 99 Attack or Strength.
- Weapons from White Knight Master Armoury, third floor of the White Knights’ Castle. Requires Wanted! quest completion and White Knights rank of Master.
- Blackjacks from Ali’s Discount Wares, run by Ali Morrisane, are located near the silk trader in the northern part of Al Kharid. Only available after you’ve completed the Rogue Trader miniquest.
